OPEN ROLES
Hands-On Technology Committee Lead
This is a hands-on technical support role responsible for keeping EMCC USA’s website, database, and event technology running smoothly.
The person in this role does the work directly — updating the website, managing contact and member data, setting up event platforms, and resolving technical issues as they arise. This is not a strategy or oversight role; it is an execution role for someone who enjoys working in systems and solving practical problems.
The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently with digital tools and platforms.
Please specify the role you are applying for when putting through your resume.
Deadline for the application: 1 June 2026.
Hands-On Programmes and Events Committee Lead
EMCC USA is a professional community of coaches, mentors, and supervisors committed to advancing ethical, high-quality practice. Our programmes and events are at the heart of how we serve our members — and we need a dedicated person to make them happen.
This is a hands-on coordination role. You will build and own the programme calendar, source and brief speakers, manage event logistics from first invitation through to post-event follow-up, and ensure every member who joins us has a consistent, professional experience. You will work closely with the board, VP Communications, and our technology support volunteer to bring events to life.
Please specify the role you are applying for when putting through your resume.
Deadline for the application: 1 June 2026.
Secretary of the board of directors for EMCC USA
The Secretary of EMCC USA is an elected officer of the Board of Directors who supports effective Board operations through accurate documentation, clear communication, and reliable recordkeeping. This volunteer role helps ensure continuity, transparency, and organizational memory while collectively sharing governance responsibilities with the full Board and officer team.
The Secretary works closely with all Board officers to prepare and distribute meeting materials, maintain official records, and support member governance processes, including elections, voting, and annual reporting.
This is a volunteer board officer role focused on governance support, documentation integrity, and organizational continuity rather than program delivery or external-facing leadership.
Please specify the role you are applying for when putting through your resume.
Deadline for the application: 1 June 2026.
