There were so many questions we simply did not have time to answer, so I am opening this discussion for everyone who is still reflecting on the event and have some questions to be able to ask them here.

This was a great question from our chat "This weekend, I had a conversation with a Dubai-based coach. He stated that he works with C-Suite executives who are his "top athletes," which is why does not recognize coaching as defined by ICF or EMCC because that is not good enough for top executives. I wonder what we need to do to separate from the understanding of coaching in sports and continue legitimizing our deep work of mindset expansion, deepening, and stretch". What are your thoughts about how coaching athletes and sports teams differs from coaching leaders, businesses, individuals, relationships, or whatever else we might coach?
