The Supervision Circle
A monthly reflective home for coaching supervisors — EMCC USA
Supervision is some of the most demanding work in our profession, and often the most solitary. We hold the cases, the dynamics, the ethical knots, and the emotional weight our coaches bring — and then, too often, we carry it alone. We are the ones who create reflective space for others, yet rarely claim it for ourselves.
The Supervision Circle changes that.
Once a month, EMCC USA opens a dedicated space for coaching supervisors to step out of the supervisor's chair and back into the circle — to think aloud, bring what's live, and be met by peers who genuinely understand the terrain. This is not a lecture series and not a webinar to half-watch with your inbox open. It is a working community of practice: confidential, collegial, and genuinely reflective.
