Creative approaches in SUPERvision - let’s dive in, demo and debrief!

In this session, we will explore why and how creativity can enable depth in SUPERvision. We will start with a little theory and knowledge sharing around the rationale and then play with various approaches and tools, including AI. Finally, we will experience a demonstration of SUPERvision using creative techniques and map it to the EMCC SUPERvision capabilities.

You will leave with your toolbox full and approaches you can use with your clients in coaching, SUPERvision, mentoring, training and facilitation!
