Technology and the Future of Coaching Ethics

The world is changing faster than ethical practices can keep up. The ethical standards that got us here won't get us there, and we all need to revisit the foundations and update our understanding. In this session we will explore the systemic forces at play on the future of coaching. We will reflect on the technology that is already at work in the coaching industry, and identify how it can act as a window into the future and as a mirror into ourselves. We will dive into the principles of ontological design and increase in our awareness of how our unconscious is shaped by the technology we use. And we will craft personalized action plans that equip us to positively influence the systems we are a part of.
