Who You Are Is How You Coach and Supervise is a live, reflective conversation for members of EMCC USA. In a time of increasing complexity, fragmentation, and systemic strain, this session invites coaches, mentors, and supervisors to explore how our inner lives directly shape our professional impact. Moving beyond tools and techniques, we will examine how self-knowledge, reflective practice, and developing ourselves as instruments deepens our capacity to be present, discerning, and genuinely of service to our clients and the systems they inhabit.

This is an experiential, alive conversation—grounded in supervision, systems awareness, and human development—where participants are invited to slow down, notice what is emerging, and reconnect with the wisdom of their whole selves.
