The Future of Coaching

Join us for a dynamic and thought-provoking conversation with Prof. David ClutterbuckDr. Lise LewisDr. Françoise OrlovSam Isaacson, and Karen Benoy Preston as they explore how coaching and supervision can evolve to meet the challenges—and opportunities—of a rapidly changing world.

Together, this powerhouse panel will honor the roots of our profession while co-creating a vision for what’s next. Through bold perspectives, live participant interaction, and AI-powered synthesis, they’ll examine how supervision can serve as the bridge between trusted human practice and an increasingly technology- and neurodiversity-aware future.

This is not a lecture—it’s a participatory dialogue designed to spark curiosity, reflection, contribution, and action. You’ll help shape the “Future Map of Coaching 2035,” identifying the next frontiers of practice while reaffirming what must remain timeless in our work.

What You’ll Experience

  • A roadmap from roots to horizons: How coaching and supervision have evolved—and what that trajectory tells us about where we’re headed.

  • Staying human-centered in an AI and neurodivergence-informed world: Exploring how supervision anchors ethics, empathy, and reflective depth amid rapid technological change.

  • Shifting hearts and minds: How to move from transactional certifications to  inclusive, reflective practice across cultures and regions, and neurotypes.

  • AI-generated collective action: Watch AI synthesize live insights into tangible next steps—transforming our shared dialogue into a co-created action guide for the profession’s future.

Who Should Attend

Professional coaches, mentors, supervisors, and HR/OD/L&D leaders who want to:

  • Engage in shaping the future of coaching, not just observe it.

  • Deepen their understanding of how supervision sustains quality, ethics, inclusion, and human connection.

  • Explore the intersections of reflection, technology, neurodiversity, and professional excellence.

  • Contribute to a live, co-created vision of what’s next for coaching, mentoring, and supervision globally.
